Dobrodošli v družino Nush Yoga 🙂

Pri nas delamo jogo za dušo in telo, krepimo in raztezamo mišice, pa tudi um, si vzamemo čas zase in za sprostitev v svojih prenatrpanih urnikih, zraven pa se še marsikaj naučimo – predvsem o sebi. Naše skupine so majhne, a raznolike, in medse sprejmemo vsakogar.

 

Zakaj izbrati mene?

ker so moje vadbe več kot le fizična telovadba, z njimi si razgibamo tudi um, treniramo svojo pozornost in vsakič izvemo kaj novega

ker je vsaka vadba drugačna in po svoje posebna, dodatno pa poskrbim, da vas vedno znova razvajam z majhnimi pozornostmi

ker samo pri meni najbolj pridni plačajo manj , za tiste, ki ne morejo hoditi redno, pa je na voljo karta z daljšo veljavnostjo

ker so vse skupine manjše in tako omogočajo, da se posvetim vsakemu posamezniku

ker so pri meni dobrodošli vsi: moški in ženske, od najmlajših do najstarejših, bolj suhi in bolj močni, tisti, ki bi se radi le razgibali in tisti, ki bi radi izkusili tudi druge pozitivne učinke joge – joga je za VSE

ker boste vsako vadbo zapustili kot prerojeni

ker sem svoje znanje in izkušnje prodobivala tam, od koder joga izhaja – v Indiji, izpopolnjevala pa sem ga pri izjemnih učiteljih v Kanadi (in z izpopolnjevanjem nadaljujem ves čas)

Pridite v udobnih oblačilih, vsaj 2 uri po po zadnjem obroku, blazine za jogo so na voljo, prinesite vodo 🙂 Joga je primerna za vsakogar, ne glede na spol ali starost.

 

 

Yoga is attention, observation, awareness. It’s a journey within. By paying attention to our body and breath in yoga, we are also bringing greater awareness into our everyday life. The yoga that I teach is not only a physical exercise, but a full practice for the body, mind and soul. Everyone can find what they want or need. It can be physical exercise, relaxation, time for yourself or the spiritual discovery and going deeper within.

 

Yoga gave me a deeper understanding of myself. Now I know how to listen to my body better, recognize emotions, calm my mind. I live life with greater awareness of my inner world and the world that surrounds me.

Joga je pozornost, opazovanje, ozaveščanje in zavedanje. Je potovanje vase. S tem, ko smo pri jogi pozorni na dihanje in na svoje telo, prinašamo tudi večje zavedanje v svoje vsakdanje življenje. Moje vadbe joge so celostna vadba za telo, um in dušo. Vsak od nje vzame tisto, kar želi ali potrebuje. To je lahko fizična vadba, sprostitev, čas zase ali duhovno odkrivanje samega sebe in poglabljanje vase.

S pomočjo joge sem poglobila razumevanje same sebe. Zdaj znam bolje poslušati svoje telo in čustva,bolje umiriti um in živim življenje z večjim zavedanjem – tako svojega notranjega sveta, kot sveta, ki me obkroža.

In my classes, we do yoga for the body and soul, we strengthen and stretch the body and the mind, we take time for ourselves in our busy schedules, and on top of all that, we always learn something new – mostly about ourselves. Our groups are small, but diverse, and we accept everyone.

I gained my knowledge and experience in the homeland of yoga – India, and I deepened it with some amazing teachers in Canada (and my education continues all the time, I never stop learning)

Come in comfortable clothes and at least 2 hours after the last meal, I have yoga mats available, bring some water 🙂 Yoga is suitable for everyone, no matter your age or gender.

Pri nas tisti, ki hodijo redno, plačajo manj! Za vse z bolj razgibanim življenjskim stilom pa ponujamo Flexi karto. Cene kart že od 35eur.

Private sessions – individualne ure

Za vse, ki se mojih ur joge ne morete udeležiti, ali pa bi le radi poglobili svojo prakso, ponujam možnost individualnih ur ena-na-ena, za pare ali manjše skupine.

I offer one-on-one yoga sessions for everyone who can’t attend my group classes or would just like to deepen their own practice.
